You are an experienced subcontracts professional who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure effective Subcontract Management operations. This includes the onboarding subcontractors, drafting subcontracts, work orders and amending agreements, reviewing insurance certificates, and managing records and databases.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience working with contracts, record management and certificates of insurance
Experience working on large construction projects
