Site Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor is an integral part of Woodfibre LNG’s dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of the owner’s team (PMT), supervising EPC contractor and managing all aspects of budgeting, providing cost and material estimates, drawing up projected budgets, and collaborating with the team to note any design changes and their impact on costs.
Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and costs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX / PRISM /MARIAN or similar, and Microsoft Office Suite.
