- Reporting to the Manager, Compensation, the Senior Analyst, Compensation is responsible for providing advanced data analysis skills to provide insights, prepare reports, and contribute to the execution of compensation initiatives that align with the company’s compensation philosophy and long-term focus. This role will also support the compensation team with daily compensation activities including job pricing, job description development and other analysis as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support various audit and technical setup during compensation program to assist with the work volume and coordination during these cycles.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions and BI tools to assess compensation outcomes.
  • Contribute to maintaining competitively positioned compensation structures and employee positioning through data-driven insights.
  • Support the management of the annual year end compensation process.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of technology platforms used for compensation decisions, leveraging technical expertise to improve processes.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and service levels.
  • Provide analytic support for the execution and administration of compensation programs.
  • Create and review complex Excel models and BI dashboards to ensure reliable and actionable findings.
  • Support project management on a range of compensation and projects and initiatives.
  • Build consultative and collaborative relationships.
