You'll Do:
Maintain, sharpen and replace band saws and round saws in the sawmill
Shape, swadging, re-toothing, tension and pound saws repeatedly each shift
Change saws out during shift breaks
You have:
Good technical skills
Excellent safety record
Above average interpersonal and communications skills
Good leadership skills
Hold Benchman Sawfiler Certification
