Recruitment Advisor

We are seeking a highly organized individual who demonstrates precision, proficiency with HR technology (ATS, HRIS, sourcing tools) and integrity when handling confidential material. They will be capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members, and understand how to prioritize contending demands in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of demonstrated ability in a recruitment role, ideally within an industrial or mining environment; blend of agency and corporate recruitment preferred
