- We are currently looking for a Purchasing Intern to join our Purchasing team at the Terus head office located in Surrey, British Columbia for a 6 month term with the option of extending another 6 months.
- The incumbent will be reporting to the Purchasing Manager and working directly with head office and the operations team.
• Establish and develop strong partnership with the management teams and business relationship with the local /regional suppliers.
• Optimize the purchasing power of the group with regards to procurement of materials and parts.
• Implement the proper purchasing policies and procedures that will support the operations while maintaining the integrity of the purchasing function.
• Allocate and properly code the purchasing orders in the filling systems.
• Ensure delivery of the equipment and materials on time as per the operations and projects requirements.
