Position Overview

Aecon-EBC Ladore General Partnership is in a partnership consisting of Aecon and EBC to deliver the Ladore Spillway Seismic Upgrade located in Campbell River, British Columbia. BC Hydro awarded the contract to Aecon-EBC. The goal of the project is to provide safe and reliable power to the communicates of Vancouver Island while managing the flood risk. Some of the work includes replacing three new spillway gates, a new hoist tower, and deck structure.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer will provide field-engineering information to the project management team and sub-trades to ensure construction works comply with all the design drawings, engineering standards, contract, codes and specifications. The Ladore Project is located on Vancouver Island in Campbell River, BC.
