Reporting to the Director, Change & Organizational Readiness, the Manager, Organizational Change is responsible for leading and overseeing change management execution and large-scale training programs across transformation projects and advising on the overall transformation change management strategy.
Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or other related field required
Minimum 12 years of proven success in leading change for enterprise-wide transformations
