Reporting to the Superintendent, Operational HR, the Lead Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing a broad range of human resource services to all departments on site.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant discipline.
A minimum of 7-10+ years of broad Human Resources experience with exposure to various aspects of the HR/employee lifecycle Previous experience as direct front-line labor relations would be considered an asset
