We are now seeking a Labour Relations and Scheduling Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions within our unionized environment. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of labour relations, employee engagement, and HR best practices. The Labour Relations Specialist will work closely with union representatives, management, and employees to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
What you bring
Successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years security experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, or a combination of experience and relevant experience /education Prior experience working with unions and knowledge of the Labour Code.
College Diploma in HR, management or HR related field
