The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing generalist support in all the following areas: recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee benefits, performance management, training and development, and systems administration.
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience working on the above referenced accountabilities
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) is preferred or working toward.
