As the Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for the investigation process from beginning to end, working closely with and communicating back to HR colleagues and business stakeholders on findings. As part of this position, you will help identify trends and areas of improvement based on data findings through your investigations.
Qualifications:
4+ years experience providing professional level generalist HR experience with a focus on investigations is required for the position
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution and relationship management skills
