Corporate Communications Advisor, Talent Brand

- As a member of the Corporate Communications team, the Corporate Communications Advisor, Talent Brand supports the promotion of Ledcor’s employer brand and employment opportunities to the external market. In this role you will provide ongoing coordination with Ledcor’s recruitment team and support Talent marketing efforts through social media and targeted advertising.

- Some Key responsibilities will include collaborating on hiring priorities and strategy; developing content for various social media and digital advertising platforms; analyzing performance metrics and producing reports; monitoring engagement with Ledcor content; and responding to inquiries.
