You are a Senior Contracts Specialist who will manage all contract and engagement activities with clients and subcontractors. You will be reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and interpreting agreements and related tasks to identify and mitigate business and contract risks.
Qualifications
Completion of post-secondary education with a diploma or degree related to Construction Management, Engineering, Legal and or related education
10+ years of related experience in British Columbia or other Canadian jurisdictions on civil engineering projects
