Boom Boat Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strip boom stick booms, and sort boom sticks (good, culls or shorts);
Inspect gear – remove gear that is worn and place on appropriate float for removal;
Operate a boom boat to sort bundles by sort identification tags or paint into the appropriate alleys
Education and Experience :
Fully qualified in all aspects of the job with minimum 2 years of experience in BC Coastal Logging;
Preference may be given to the applicant holding a valid OFA Level 3 Certificate.
