- As the Business Improvement Administrator, you will support the Supervisor of Performance Management (Metrics and Analytics) in tracking, analyzing and reporting the performance metrics that drive improvements actions at Ledcor's Business and Employee Services (BES) team. This role requires an analytical mindset and creative as it will consolidate and interpret the data of the metrics of all process in scope.
