The 1st Cook position is responsible for planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities. Also estimate food requirements, and labor costs, demonstrate new equipment, prepare, and cook meals and specialty foods including dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Job Qualifications:
Red Seal Ticket (preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years' experience being a Head Cook or 1st Cook
Food Safe certification
